Equipment Engineer (Die-bonding)
(Singapore - Yishun)
Responsibilities:
- Willing to perform 12-hour rotating shift
- Provide equipment technical support to the operations
- Carry out machine set-up, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to maximize equipment uptime
- Innovate and optimize equipment improvements to achieve maximum throughput and utilization
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics and Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Higher NITEC / NITEC holders with troubleshooting experience are welcome to apply for Senior / Technical Specialists
positions
- At least 1 years working experience with Die Attach equipment
- Good analytical skills in troubleshooting
- Knowledge in ESEC 2007 / 2008HL / 2008 xP3 / 2008HS3, ASM AD8912 and Alphasem 9002 / 9022 / 8032 / Easyline is an
