Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the Engineering system at the Data Centre are designed, installed, commissioned and maintained to the highest standard.
• Work with “In-Country” teams on ad-hoc engineering projects.
• Conduct energy efficiency studies and make recommendation to reduce energy usage. Ensure all the systems are compliance with all local regulations and operated in a safe manner.

Requirements:

• 10 years post graduate experience with 5 years previous experience working in a mission critical environment with particular preference to Data Centre.
• Must have previous experience of working in a Asia wide role.
• Previous experience working in a Design environment would be an advantage.
  
  
• Must have excellent knowledge of:
• Generators including auxiliary systems
• U.P.S and Batteries
• Electrical Distribution including ATS and STS.
• Reliability and redundancy of Engineering systems
• Maintenance of electrical systems in a Mission Critical environment.
• Harmonics and their effect on Electrical systems
• Building Management System
• Fire systems
• Energy studies
  
  
• Qualities
• Excellent command of English both written and oral
• Mandarin and Japanese would be an advantage
• Possess strong Project Management Skill
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Proactive, self motivated and a good team player
• Ability to work at all levels of the organization
