Engineer, Research & Development
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible in identifying the concepts to achieve technical breakthrough in terms of material, architecture and
processes. To work with customers, sales network and partners in defining specifications; with external partners such as laboratories, research
institutes etc. in theoretical studies and practical realization of prototypes. To define the architecture to be developed, preliminary design
rules, process flow and technological equipments for industrialization and qualifications.
Other responsibilities include writing the technological and product roadmaps linked to support company strategy. Collaborate with universities
and research institutes in support of related PhD projects.
Requirements:
- PhD thesis in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Physics
- Knowledge in RF technology, network and filter theory
- 3 to 5 years' experience in SAW or RF technology
- Fluent in English, communication and presentation skills. Mandarin is a plus
