Engineering Assistant & Admin Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Create Bill of Material for Assembly Process
- Maintain records of changes to all controlled documents, records and information
- Generate and maintain system BOM through Agile and Oracle system
- Ensure ECO submission for completeness, coordinating ECO approval
- Handle product structure maintenance, reproduction, distribution and retrieval of obsolete controlled copies
- On Job Training will be provided
- Applicants with clerical background may also apply
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electronic / Electrical Engineering
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Word. Excel & Powerpoint
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2000 system will be added advantage
- Knowledge of Agile & Oracle will be added advantage
