Engineering Assistant & Admin Assistant

 

Responsibilities:

  • Create Bill of Material for Assembly Process
  • Maintain records of changes to all controlled documents, records and information
  • Generate and maintain system BOM through Agile and Oracle system
  • Ensure ECO submission for completeness, coordinating ECO approval
  • Handle product structure maintenance, reproduction, distribution and retrieval of obsolete controlled copies
  • On Job Training will be provided
  • Applicants with clerical background may also apply

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Electronic / Electrical Engineering
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of MS Word. Excel & Powerpoint
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2000 system will be added advantage
  • Knowledge of Agile & Oracle will be added advantage
