Process Engineer

Responsibilities:

Supports the production line to ensure and improve product quality throughput, cycle time and cost
Ensures wafer polishing processes comply with specifications
Monitors daily polishing process, yield and capabilities
Investigates and analyzes the root cause for yield loss
Evaluates process activities to improve process yield
Resolves technical and operational problems in conjunction with Engineering and Technical personnel
Develops polishing processes to improve wafer flatness in collaboration
Requirements:

Degree in Engineering
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry
Good knowledge of quality management systems, SPC, FMEA and data analysis
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
