Process Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Supports the production line to ensure and improve product quality throughput, cycle time and cost
• Ensures wafer polishing processes comply with specifications
• Monitors daily polishing process, yield and capabilities
• Investigates and analyzes the root cause for yield loss
• Evaluates process activities to improve process yield
• Resolves technical and operational problems in conjunction with Engineering and Technical personnel
• Develops polishing processes to improve wafer flatness in collaboration

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry
• Good knowledge of quality management systems, SPC, FMEA and data analysis
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
