Supervisor
(International Business Park)
Responsibilities:
-Execute production as per production schedule and meet targeted output as set by management
-Plan and coordinate all manufacturing activities to achieve optimum output, quality, yield and acceptable scrap level as per management
expectations
-Lead a team of production operators and technicians to achieve set production objectives
-Lead a team of production technicians and group leader to perform initial level of troubleshooting and repair for production machines
-Interact with staff support to ensure smooth and optimum level of machine operational efficiency
-Ensure strict compliance of production procedures and safety requirements
-Prepare regular production reports for the management
-Plan and coordinate OJT activities for production staff
-Coordinate 5s activities and maintain good housekeeping in production area
Requirements:
Degree /Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering or equivalent
-Minimum 2 years of relevant supervisory experience in pharmaceutical or chemical industries
-Knowledge of GMP, GLP, GCP regulatory requirements essential
-Familiar with ISO 13485 quality management system & HSA regulatory requirements will be an advantage
-Possess process ,production control and planning experiences
-Results and service oriented individual who possesses initiative and good communication skills
-Enthusiastic and resourceful with a “can-do” attitude
-Must be capable of working as part of a team as well as able to work independently with minimal supervision
