Quality Engineer/ Officer
(Must know ISO 17025, Guide 65 and ISO 9000)

Responsibilities:

• Review and maintain quality system according to ISO/IEC guide 65 standard.
• Evaluate product safety test report according to IECEE/Singapore Requirements.
• To review and update Quality System and Procedures and generate reports.
• Liaise with process department on quality related issues to follow-up on effective corrective / preventive actions
• Oversee in problem solving and monitor improvement related to quality issues and assist in Internal Quality Audit, reports, follow-up and closure
• Other certification and ad hoc duties assigned by immediate superior.

Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from a recognized university or institute in Quality Management.
• At least 2 -3 years working experience with ISO/IEC Guide 65 or ISO/IEC 17025 or ISO 9000 or IEC/EN/SS standards.
• Experiences in handling and responding to third party auditor’s audit and propose corrective action (Qualified as an internal auditor).
• Preference will be given to candidate who has work experiences in Certification / Test Laboratory dealing with electrical / electronic products.
• Pleasant personality and able to work with people from different background.
• Must be conversant in Chinese as this position needs to interact with our Chinese counterparts.
• Able to commence work within short notice
