Responsibilities:

You will lead a team of Facilities Associate Engineers and be responsible and accountable for the day to day operation, set up, maintenance and housekeeping of site facilities like workshop, facilities store and all M&E services room. You will provide first line trouble shooting and take immediate corrective action, develop preventive maintenance program and operating procedures for various facilities system, investigate and document all incidents. You will also implement utilities tracking program and maintain O&M manual, drawings, tools and instruments, key press, fact sheet etc. On a need basis, you will participate in adhoc projects and be recalled in emergency situations.

Requirements:
B.Eng degree in any technical discipline with 3 to 5 years in the related field preferably in the large scale manufacturing environment. Candidates with a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Engineering with 5 to 8 years of working experience will also be considered. Candidates with PUB license is an advantage. Experience in managing service contracts and contractors are essential. The successful individual is expected to have good analytical and problem solving skills and be results-orientated in a fast-paced environment.
