Senior UG Mould Designers

Responsibilities:

• Compete complex mold design for tight tolerance multi-cavity molds.
• Work with engineers and mold makers to create design concepts, detailed 3D assemblies, 2D production drawings, including unscrewing mechanisms, side actions, two-shot and hot manifold molds.
• Liaise with customers on Responsible for designing of New Tooling (Plastic Mould) and First Article Analysis.
• Handle customer’s quality issues.
• Prepare /propose DFM to customers.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical & Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering or Plastic Injection Moulding or equivalent.
• Min 5 years experienced in 3D Mould Design.
• Proficiency in Unigraphics.
• Good communication skills and able to liaise with customers.
