Store Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• To lead and manage store function with regards to Bin-in and Issuing on timely basis
• To manage, monitor and report on KPI within stipulated time-frame
• To conduct random audit on material issuing
• To review current work flow and seek improvement
• To ensure all material kitting and issuing are planned and executed in proper manner and managing any other task assigned from time to time
• Train, educate and review the training needs for team members
• Coordinate with colleagues in other department on store matters.
• To maintain proper house-keeping and ensure safety and security are adhered to at all times

Requirements:

• Reporting to Logistic Manager
• Min. Diploma holder in any discipline with 3 yrs experience in Electronics/Semicon Manufacturing industry holding a supervisory position
• Knowledge of EMS Material Store Operation preferred but not essential
• Ability to work in challenging fast paced and pressurized environment
• Ability to think Out-Of-Box and contribute to improvement
• Lean or Six Sigma certification advantages
• Ability to commence work immediately or within a short notice advantage
• Good communication skill, team-player and physical fit with multi-tasking abilities
