This stype is top down approach. The leader in a position who has the all the power to decide and implement to get the things done.
Usually in this type environment management set the vision and mission so there will no much  dicussion of people to carry out the plan and activities since most of the things are set by top management and it is downward approach.

What is Consultative style?

This type of stlye is ideal for most of the organization where every to eam member voice can be heard for any suggestion and feedback or dicussion.
Usually it is modst ideal type for long term since everyone can participate in decision and implementation process. As a result of this team member are more energetic and more participate all along the process because they knew that their voice are heard across organization.
